Honey-Mustard Glaze

A quick and easy DELICIOUS honey-mustard glaze that goes perfectly with beef or pork ribs, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms — you name it!


  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sumac (optional)
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust as needed. The mixture should be syrupy and glazey. Feel free to add more or less honey, mustard, or mayo to adjust consistency. Slather on your hot meat or vegetables and serve.
